Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with every lighter you receive. If something isn't right, we'll fix it. This policy explains your rights and how to exercise them. It is written in plain English and is designed to meet your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Your Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your lighter, for any reason, with no questions asked. This is your statutory cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- —Email us at hello@rewicked.com with your order reference and the word "Cancel" in the subject line.
- —We will confirm receipt within one business day and provide the return address.
- —You must return the lighter within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel.
- —The lighter must be returned in the same condition you received it — unused and unmodified.
- —You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item was faulty or mis-described.
- —We recommend using a tracked service. We cannot accept liability for items lost in return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and confirm its condition, we will process your refund within 3 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe.
- —The full item price will be refunded, including any original shipping charge (if applicable).
- —Return postage costs are not refunded for change-of-mind returns.
- —Partial refunds may apply if a returned item shows signs of use or damage not present at dispatch — we will inform you before processing.
- —Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show the refund on your statement.
Faulty, Damaged, or Mis-described Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have stronger rights if your lighter arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or significantly different from how it was described.
- —Arrived damaged: Photograph the outer packaging and the lighter before opening or handling further. Email us at hello@rewicked.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order reference. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
- —Not as described: If the lighter differs materially from its listing — wrong model, condition significantly worse than stated, or authenticity note inaccurate — contact us within 14 days of receipt. We'll cover return postage and provide a full refund or replacement.
- —Stopped working: Every lighter is tested before dispatch. If yours fails to work within 30 days of receipt under normal use, contact us. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund depending on the fault.
Items We Cannot Accept Back
- —Lighters that have been refuelled, modified, engraved, or otherwise altered after purchase.
- —Items returned more than 14 days after the cancellation notice, unless previously agreed in writing.
- —Items returned without prior notification to us by email.
Shipping Policy
- —We ship within the UK only. Shipping is a flat £3.99 per order, and free on orders over £50.
- —Orders typically arrive within 2–3 business days of dispatch.
- —All orders are dispatched with a tracking number sent to your email address.
- —Lighters are shipped with fuel removed to comply with carrier regulations. Every body is aired out until no trace of fuel remains, then fresh wadding and a new wick are installed afterwards, so each lighter is sold as an inert collectible. Refill instructions are included.
- —We dispatch within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. If you are based in the UK or EU, you are entitled to the full protections of consumer law regardless of anything stated here. For more information:
